| My beloved racquet broke today...no idea how...but it did. I loved it like a brother...now it's just a piece of twisted fiber and metal. For 2 years it accompanied me...I just got it restringed and wrapped a new grip...$30 gone to waste...Now I have to beg my parents for another new racquet....They just bought me a Honda Civic today too....i'd really rather have a new racquet...

| In today's society, true love and romance exists in small concentrations. Do not be fooled by the Hollywood's glamorization of romance, that's not it. Then what is? I don't know, for I too have been brainwashed by modern day sentiments. Like Acosta so rightly put "We are hopeless romantics, you and I.". I feel that even a hopeless romantic's sense of love has been diluted by the shallow society around them. It seems that, to get a "piece of ass", you must conform and assimilate, and stop being the geek you are.
